Mike brings 20+ years of experience to executive searches for 33eleven clients, primarily in the Software and Internet sectors. Mike launched 33eleven out of his passion for transforming impactful startup companies into industry leaders. His detailed, collaborative approach to searches is built with the use of impactful data points, a commitment to transparency in the process, and a thorough understanding of the talent markets.

Prior to launching 33eleven, Mike spent 19 years with WinterWyman and was a charter member of their Executive Search practice.

Mike has a B.A. in History from Boston College. He is a father of three, who enjoys coaching and is teaching his kids to ski in his extra free time. Mike's loving wife is thankfully supportive of his passion for Phish, a band he has seen more than 40+ times.
