Erica joins 33eleven with over 6 years of corporate and agency recruiting experience within the Biotech, Manufacturing, and SaaS industries. With functional expertise in attracting and acquiring finance, sales, engineering, manufacturing and scientific talent.

Erica graduated from Rhode Island College in North Providence, RI with a Bachelors in Communications. She enjoys going for hikes with her husband, daughter and dog. When she’s not spending time at her family’s home on Lake Winnipesaukee, she’s actively searching for the next best coffee shop.
