Prior to joining Symbotic, he was Vice President of Engineering Operations at JR Automation, a leading global systems integrator and solutions provider. Marshall has led global organizations in world-class product development, productivity, innovation, quality and growth/profitability. His diversified background includes 30 years of engineering and operations senior leadership roles at Tyco and Trident Motion Technologies, including more than 22 years with GE, with his last role leading global engineering for their Motors & Controls business.
